The anxieties, self doubts and the constant fear of messing up is resolved in a minute when you are appreciated and looked after. That’s exactly how my experience has truly been with Bugsmirror. I do love my work here, but my favourite is undoubtedly the team. You are never left alone, and I mean it in the best possible way. Work becomes much more fun and doable being surrounded by the people who enjoy what they do and make it look so easy, inspiring and supporting you to do your best. The Bugsmirror Experience teaches you more than just skills, you learn teamwork, empathy, accountability, and UNO!

Life at Bugsmirror is incredible—each day feels like a new adventure. We are constantly faced with exciting challenges and never know what we’ll be working on next. The culture encourages open feedback, and we’re given the freedom to showcase our creativity in every project we undertake. Every day presents new opportunities to dive deeper into various technologies. Whenever we hit a roadblock, our mentors are always there to provide guidance and steer us in the right direction. The work environment is positive, friendly, and supportive, with colleagues ready to help whenever needed. While the work can be demanding, especially since it's heavily focused on research and development, it’s equally rewarding. My experience at Bugsmirror has not only sharpened my core development skills but also given me hands-on experience with different phases of the SDLC, all while keeping security considerations in mind throughout the development process.
